The original I Love Lucy series aired its final episode in 1957. But America had not seen the last of the Ricardos and Mertzs then! Desilu studios expanded to an hour-long format, airing 13 of these hourlong specials between 1957 and 1960. Numerous big-name guest stars appeared in these shows, included Telulah Bankhead, Fred MacMurray, and Milton Berle.
